NEOPIN POST-WORKSHOP: 3-Week Supervised Training

Bridging Knowledge and Practice – Real Cases, Real Contexts, Real Support

Following the NEOPIN workshop, participants will enter a unique 3-week supervised training phase that sets this program apart from conventional workshops. Rather than ending with theory, this phase ensures that learning is directly applied in the field.
Over the course of three weeks, participants will:

1. Collect real-life cases and visual documentation (photos/images) from their workplace, aligned with the workshop themes.
2. Join weekly online mentoring sessions (1x per week) with NEOPIN facilitators for personalized guidance, reflection, and troubleshooting.
3. Develop practical skills in contextual analysis, problem-solving, and reporting based on real-world implementation.

This hands-on, mentored phase is designed to deepen understanding, strengthen field-based competencies, and drive meaningful change in day-to-day work.
